Fee Schedule July 1, 2023 

Maximum Rent and Service Package: 

Single person in a studio suite: $2015

Couple in a 1-Bedroom suite: $3300

*$400 subsidy for each person with an income (based on Line 15000 of your most recent tax return) below $29,855. (Couples may qualify for a total $800 subsidy if both have incomes below $29,855). 

Services Package includes resident meals, snacks, scheduled housekeeping, linen service, recreation, cable and wifi.

Optional Services 

Medication Reminder Service: $55/month

Personal Laundry Service: $55/month

Parking (with plug in): $20/month

Scooter parking (with plug in): $12/month 

Pendant/wristband call system $25 admin fee (one time, non refundable), $25/month, $200 replacement fee.
